We are also taking game submissions, vendor applications, and general convention volunteers! Individuals can submit games via Tabletop Events right away! If you have a group that would like dedicated space at the convention, please reach out to contact@skalcon.org for details!

Convention Timelines
Badges
- Early bird registration until June 24th
- Preregistration price ($5 discount) until August 30th
- Full / Onsite Registration begins August 31st
Game Submissions
- Initial schedule released by June 23rd
- Dedicated spaces determined by July 2nd
- GM badges allowed to sign up for games by July 23rd
- Open sign up by July 30th
- Game submissions close on August 31st
Vendors Applications
- Vendor evaluations begin March 9th
- First round of vendor acceptances completed by April 13th
- Vendor submissions close August 3rd or when filled
