Vendor Policy

1. Vendors should apply via the Tabletop.events convention site.
2. Vendors should be gaming related and something of interest to people playing Tabletop Games, Board Games, and Miniature Games. Acceptance is curated.
3. Vendor fees include the following:
   • Pre-regration badge per worker/helper/employee at the booth.
   • Table space is $50 for the default space (10’x10’). In lieu of this fee, the vendor can instead donate merchandise of equal or greater value to 10,000 Lakes Gaming, for the silent auction.
4. Vendors are allocated up to 2 tables within a 10ftx10ft space as their table space. with their badge purchase. Additional tables and/or space may be allocated on request; additional fees may apply.
