This weekend is SkålCon 2025! Here’s some logistical information to prepare you for the event!
What To Bring
- Your registration information. Tabletop.events emailed your “Badge Information”, which has everything our registration desk needs to find your badge (including merchandise pre-order information!). We’ll be asking for your badge number!
- Cash! For fundraising, of course. (Though card payment is accepted in most cases). Pathfinders/Starfinders – keep in mind that shopping at the hotel or with our vendors applies to the Retail Incentive Program!
- Physical donation items for the Tubman supply drive – earn stars for your badge!
- Gaming supplies! Your characters, dice, minis, etc.
Outside food/drink is generally prohibited in convention spaces, but please do not bring any nut products due to a severe nut allergy.
Wear A Mask For Free Rerolls!
Our Covid policy strongly encourages vaccination and masking. Those who remain masked while at their game tables will be given a reroll token as a thank you for keeping those around them safe! Read our policy in full here.

At SkålCon 2025, alcoholic beverages will not be allowed in convention spaces. Please enjoy your drinks in other areas of the hotel, such as the restaurant or lounge.
What To Do On Arrival
Registration will open at 10:30am on Friday morning at our all-encompassing Headquarters desk in the Regency on the main floor of the hotel. Head there to get your badge and pre-ordered t-shirts (if applicable), then pick up your wristband, infosheet, and lanyard. The HQ desk will also take your supply drive items and supply you with stickers for your badge.
For Pathfinder/Starfinder Organized Play, please check in with the musterer in Conference Room D shortly before your game slot (the person with the clipboard). They will check you in and direct you to your table. This headcount is important to make sure tables run smoothly!
For other game systems, proceed directly to your table. If you have any questions that can’t be answered in your game’s room, check in at convention HQ!
Activities Galore!
Remember to check out the wide array of activities in between games, including our vendors, open board gaming, and visits from our charitable recipients on Friday afternoon and evening.
