SkålCon 2018 is less than a month away! While we’ve been busy preparing for the convention (and getting some Pathfinder Playtesting in), here is a wide-ranging set of updates about the convention!
We have an amazing roster of guests who will be attending SkålCon this year, including:

All of our guests are running premium tables for additional donations; many have sold out, but seats still remain! Please visit our registration and event sign-up site to secure your seat
New This Year – Guest Panel!
On Friday afternoon, we intend to host a panel Q&A with our guests! Start thinking of those questions now!
We are still working out the timing of this panel, but we will notify attendees as soon as we know the details. (Tentative timeline would have us starting the panel somewhere in the 3:30pm to 4:00pm range).
A Call For Physical Donations
We have two ways you can donate to our convention with physical items that we want you to look into.
We will be running a supply drive for Tubman again this year! Please bring items as per Tubman’s General Wish List guide, which includes household supplies and certain non-perishable food items. Visit Tubman’s donation page for additional details on what their organization is looking for. Each donation will receive a ‘star’ that will have in-game benefits during SkålCon! In addition, you can request a donation receipt for tax purposes if you so choose.
We also run a silent auction and raffle during SkålCon, with all proceeds going to charity. Do you something you think would make a great auction or raffle prize? Fill out this 10,000 Lakes Gaming item donation form and we’ll be in contact with you!
Donations for both categories are tax deductible. If you need a receipt for tax purposes, just let our HQ staff know.
Need A Hotel Room?
The Radisson Hotel Minneapolis/St. Paul North offers a “Fantasy Flight Games” rate for $115. Simply mention this and ask for their transient rate when calling for a room.
